BBR Partners Announces 2026 New Partners

We are pleased to announce the elevation of Brad Bernard, Jordan Karen, and Gillian Minardi, to Partner at BBR, effective January 1, 2026. Each embodies the values, purpose, and culture that have defined our firm for more than 25 years – the BBR difference.
Brad joined BBR twelve years ago as an associate and has grown into a trusted leader across numerous family relationships, earning his MBA from Columbia along the way. Jordan, in just under four years, has made a profound impact as a respected steward to many of our families and as an invaluable teammate. Gil, with nearly two decades at BBR, has been instrumental in shaping firm operations across teams and functions. Her behind-the-scenes contributions touch every family we serve. BBR simply would not be what it is today without the three of them.
