Wayne joined BBR partners in 2026 and is a VP Data Engineer, responsibilities include building a modern data platform that includes development of new pipelines, data storage, and data quality gates to secure scalable and reliable data used by internal stakeholders that drive critical decision making.

Prior to joining BBR, Wayne was a Sr. Software Engineer at the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC). And years prior to his career in technology, Wayne was an educator for 9 years where he served as a middle school Assistant Principal.

Wayne holds a Bachelor of Arts Biology degree from Washington University in St. Louis with a concentration in Bioinformatics and a Master of Arts degree from Teacher’s College at Columbia University, New York in Urban Education Leadership & Administration.

Wayne lives in Brooklyn, NY with his dog, Aidan. He enjoys reading, playing video games, training for weightlifting competitions, and learning TikTok dances to film with his nieces when he visits.
