Regina joined BBR Partners in 2021 as their Director of Talent Acquisition. She is responsible for running point on sourcing and recruiting efforts for the firm.

Prior to joining, Regina worked with a variety of financial services clients as a trusted recruiter and advisor for almost a decade while at Green Key Resources.

Regina holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from East Carolina University, where post-graduation she performed throughout the US on tour and visited 40+ countries working on cruise ships.

Regina lives in New York City with her husband, daughter, and dog. She enjoys walks around the lake, stand up paddle boarding, yoga, and volunteering with the local youth theatre.
