Haley joined BBR in 2024 as an HR Business Partner. She is responsible for advising and connecting with leaders and employees at BBR to drive engagement, retention, talent and business objectives.   

Before joining BBR, Haley was at Capital One, where she held a variety of HR roles over nearly six years. These included positions in People Strategy & Analytics, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnership, and Early Career Talent. She graduated from Duke University after studying English and Public Policy, and University of Virginia with a Master of Commerce.  

Haley currently resides in New York City and enjoys reading, running, exploring the city, and baking (anything chocolate).
