  • How do I download the BBR Partners Mobile App?
    Once your account is created, search d1g1t wealth in the app store (iphone) or google play store (android). Open the app and type "BBR Partners" for firm name.
  • How do I find transaction details?
    On the specific transaction, click the drop down arrow to the left of the account name.
  • How do I know where a transfer went?
    On the top menu, click activity. On the left column under filter by type, click withdrawal. On the specific transaction, click the drop down arrow to the left of the account name.
  • How do I see every individual asset I own?
    On the top menu, click investments. Scroll down to Investment Portfolio, highlight your mouse over the row "Total", and click .
  • How do I access my statements?
    Go to the documents tab
  • What is a Mandate?
    One or more Investor Entities that are managed together to a consolidated target and are grouped for performance and reporting purposes.
  • What is a non-portfolio asset and how can I update the value?
    These are assets excluded from your Portfolio's Target and/or performance. They are reflected for record-keeping purposes only. The valuation is generally provided by the client and listed in the valuation section. If you would like to update the value, please message your team.
  • What is an Investor Entity?
    All accounts held with the same legal title are grouped together.
  • Where can I see performance in the app ($ gains)?
    On the top menu, click investments. Scroll down to the table labeled Investment Portfolio and look for the column "Total Gain".
  • Why are some assets missing?
    a. Exclusions - home page shows all assets (including house, personal assets), while investment page is investment specific b. Timing -T-2 - assets take 2 business days to be reported on d1g1t c. Access - you may be missing that entity or mandate
  • Why doesn't the app match the web portal?
    You cannot make exclusions on the app. If you remove rule filters on the web portal, it should match.
  • Why is the home market value different from the investment tab market value?
    The home tab shows all assets, the investment tab just shows your investment portfolio and excludes non-performance and other assets/liabilities such as your house, margin loans, and other personal assets.
  • Why does the Portal say down for maintenance?
    Our client portal is down for overnight maintenance from 1:30am EST until approx. 8:00am EST, during those hours the portal will be unavailable. If you receive an error message outside of those hours please contact us at reporting@bbrpartners.com.
  • Investment Portfolio: Excludes Non-Performing assets and Non-Portfolio Assets and Liabilities and may differ in value from Total Portfolio if BBR does not receive sufficient reporting to calculate accurate performance for certain assets (“Non-Performing Assets”) within the target allocation (“the Total Portfolio”)
  • Investment Statement Report: Reflects investment portfolio performance history and contribution
  • Investor Entity: All accounts held with the same legal title are grouped together
  • Mandate: One or more Investor entities that are managed together to a consolidated target and are grouped for performance and reporting purposes
  • Non-Performance Assets: Assets for which BBR does not receive sufficient reporting to be able to calculate performance and are excluded from performance; included in “Total Value” reporting; noted with an Asterisk in the Valuation section; included in your Total Portfolio unless noted as “Non-Portfolio Assets/Liabilities” in the Valuation section; the valuation is generally provided by the client; and excluded from all “Investment Portfolio” reporting
  • Non-Portfolio Assets/Liabilities: Are excluded from your Portfolio’s Target and performance; are reflected for record-keeping purposes only; the valuation is generally provided by the client; and listed in the Valuation section
  • Total Portfolio: Includes all assets managed to a target allocation and excludes recordkeeping assets held as “Non-Portfolio Assets” or “Liabilities”, which are not a managed to a target
  • Total Value: Includes all assets, including assets reflected for recordkeeping purposes
