2026 Alliance Young Professionals Awards
We are thrilled to share that BBR’s Michael Darosa and Ella Lund-Simon have been selected as recipients of the 2026 Alliance Young Professionals Award, which recognizes emerging leaders who are making meaningful contributions to the family wealth industry through their dedication to client service, professional acumen, and leadership.

The Alliance Young Professionals Award recognizes established professionals under the age of 40 who demonstrate a strong record of innovation, leadership, and outstanding performance in serving ultra-high-net-worth clients at an MFO or other established multifamily wealth practice. Nominees must be nominated by a supervisor, mentor, client, or colleague and are evaluated through a competitive review process conducted by an independent panel of judges.
