Josh joined BBR Partners in 2025 and is the Chief Financial Officer, working closely with senior management to execute the firm’s financial and strategic objectives.

Josh has substantial experience in Finance and Accounting, working both with large public companies, smaller banks, and FinTech firms. Across all stops in his career, Josh has been working at the intersection of wealth management and strategic finance to achieve firmwide goals and targets. Prior to joining BBR, he led the Strategic Finance team at CAIS, where he oversaw a team that was responsible for managing all aspects of financial and strategic initiatives for the firm. Prior to CAIS, Josh worked at Bank Leumi in several roles across Finance, Strategy, and Data. He began his career at PwC in the banking and capital markets practice, supporting large scale, public banks.

Josh holds both a Master’s in Business Administration, with a focus on Financial Analysis, and a BS in Accounting from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He also holds a CPA in the state of New York.

Josh lives in Brooklyn with his wife, Brooke, and two young kids, Chase and Colbie and enjoys all the craziness that comes along with raising two young kids in NYC. When not at work, he loves following his favorite sports teams and cooking new meals.
