Arthur is a Managing Partner at BBR Partners, co-running the firm, and a Director of Portfolio and Wealth Advisory. He is also a member of the Investment Committee. He co-founded the firm in 2000 and works with clients to develop an overall financial strategy, managing their investments and executing their wealth management plans. Arthur has been working with entrepreneurs and wealthy families for over 15 years, helping them preserve and grow wealth through varied market and economic cycles. Prior to founding BBR, Arthur was a client advisor within the Investment Management Division of Goldman Sachs, where his oversight responsibilities included $10 billion in client assets, as well as advising, managing and implementing client positions in equity, fixed income and alternative investments. Arthur has also held positions in the Family Business Group of the Chemical Bank and the Legal Department of Constitution Reinsurance. Arthur earned a BA in Economics and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College, which included coursework at the London School of Economics, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Arthur presently serves on the Board of Trustees of Bowdoin College and is on the Board of Trustees of Tikva Children’s Home in Odessa, Ukraine. Arthur is a member of the Metro chapter of Young Presidents Organization and has served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Wharton. He is also a member of the Economic Club of New York. He was awarded the Young Jewish Professionals Wealth Management Investment Award in 2011. Arthur is often quoted in publications such as Fortune, Investment News and Reuters.
